Share Joy Challenge: Glittered Birthday Balloons

I am playing along with this week's Share Joy Challenge.

Tomorrow is my sister-in-law's birthday so I definitely have a place to share joy!  I saw that the tic-tac-toe included "birthday" and then I went down the column to balloons and was thrilled that I could use one of my favorite sets of balloons!

Glittered Birthday Balloons

I used the cutting plate to get the frame and the balloons.  I started with it in white, but realized the balloon strings didn't show up so I used a gray.  I used the two extra balloon dies to cut some pink, black and white balloons.

Glittered CloseUp

A little glitter to make balloon pop - a splash of sequins - and it's all just perfect for my sister-in-law!

This challenge is sponsored by Taylored Expressions with a TE gift certificate given to a random winner - but you do not have to use TE products to play along.  Enjoy the fun - and earn a chance to win!

Happy Birthday Kathryn!

SUPPLY LIST

The black and white patterns are from a Hobby Lobby Recollections brand stack called Black Jack.
