I bought a Penny Black die last year that I hadn't used yet and thought I better use it right away since I have a few new Penny Black Christmas dies on the way here in the mail. I browsed my dies to find something to pair with it that seemed "jolly". I had a snowman in mind, but these hats really tickled my funny bone and made me feel jolly!
One card down!! Luckily I love Christmas cards, so I can't complain too much that I just have to sit down every single day and make cards.
The patterned paper is a retired set from Taylored Expressions called Gingerbread Lane. The colored cardstock are just scraps that matched.
These hats are so cute! I love that you used them instead of a snowman. Fabulous card!ReplyDelete

Perfect Christmas card! LOVE those little hats; they are so festive (especially that elves hat!!). Great color palette too. The gray really makes all the colors pop. Great sentiment die. I hope you'll be showing us more using this! Great card. Have a great weekend. BevReplyDelete

The hats are adorable but my favorite part is the little strip of designer paper! Thanks so much for joining us this week at Merry Monday!ReplyDelete
