Freshly Made Sketches: Priority Friendship

It's time for a new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches!

I'm not feeling overly successful with this sketch.  Now that I have a card and it's been handed over to the ladies at FMS, I have lots of other ideas. I tried to get creative and instead of just angled panels, I did a letter and envelope.

Friendship Priority

I think I should have just stuck with the angled panels.  They would have been fun for a quirky Valentine for my teen boys, or a festive birthday.

I look forward to seeing what YOU do!!!

SUPPLY LIST
The yellow baker's twine and the striped vellum are scraps from my stash.

  6. Great sentiment and creative thinking! Nice detail, the twine! the orange accents really pop against the neutral grey and white! and the Sno cone (what's in the name??) adds just a little bit more interest. Great card!

  7. I think your letter and envelope are perfect and I wish I could have thought of something like that. Don't be too hard on yourself - this is a fabulous card and a very clever use of the sketch.
