She loves fall colors - mustards and rusts and browns - so I never fail to include them on her card. She also likes antiques and scrollwork and vintages patterns. Here's my attempt to put them all together (although a bit of a stretch on the "vintage"!)
Isn't it fun that we can all make cards specifically for our friends and loved ones?! I love this craft.

SUPPLY LIST
With apologies, I keep using this patterned paper even though I don't see where it can be found anymore. It's a 6x6 pad by Little Yellow Bicycle called Feels Like Home. I do see that franticstamper.com has some 12x12 sheets available.
Friendships are so precious. We gain some, we lose some, but we never forget one.
ReplyDeleteShe'll be so pleased with your card! And it's the 'stretching' part what I like so much about our craft. :-)
Your card is not only a good wish for a friend, it says how much you appreciate and love her!
So the card is just perfect!
Bye,

Lovely card for your friend. I have a friend whose favorite color is red. (So you know, I always have red on her birthday card) Another long time friend that just loves anything with a butterfly...so, of course, her cards always have a butterfly on it somewhere. I think it's those special touches that mean so much.
