I had a different idea in my head for this sketch but as I was flipping through dies I saw that my three Honey Bee Itty Bitty sets all had pieces cut already that I must not have used on a different card. This had a huge advantage because I made this entire card without the cast on my wrist!! Progress is happening! But my wrist doesn't move well and it doesn't really like stress or pressure (including rolling stuff through my Big Shot) so when I saw the pre-cut diecuts, I was definitely using them. Then I got a little giddy when I remembered this giant leaf and knew it could be the "circle" behind my little die cuts!

ReplyDeleteDarling idea - and I love the patterned paper filling the gap! Sounds like you're making progress, Kim - keep up the good work, and may the 'leftover' fairies keep providing all this cuteness!
ReplyDelete=]
Always like clean and simple cards. Yours is stunning!
ReplyDeleteI love the leaf as the circle! Love this fall card!
ReplyDeleteLove the combination of elements Kim and the large leaf with writing behind is really effective! Great that most of the cutting had already been done too. Congratulations on no cast - take things slowly though!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're on the mend and I hope it continues quickly. And what a super take on the sketch this is! Such a gorgeous card!
