Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge: Simplicity

It's time for a new challenge at the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge: Simplicity!


I went completely and totally with the inspiration photo - big sentiment, woodgrain, neutral colors!! This stamp set just happened to arrive in the mail and it had a big sentiment - so it didn't have to spend any time at all in my never-before-used-stash!!  (And I already have a card made that I think I'll post tomorrow - so two uses out of one set - that's unheard of!)

    Fantastic card Kim. Love the multicolored feather as the focal point. The weathered wood grain background looks nice.

    Brilliant use of your NBUS! Your card is such an inspiration, it's really got me thinking! Love that background paper and the feather, which you've colored perfectly. Love the way you've accented everything with the Lost Lagoon. Gorgeous card. Have a great weekend! Bev
