Last night, I unexpectedly found myself with an evening with everybody else out of the house!! Alone time...in my craft corner...heaven!! I decided to play along with
Merry Monday.
I found a set in my unused stash that has been there for
so long that it's been retired by the company! I remember
having to have it and then I never, every used it. It's just a series of holiday words in bold fonts - it was Holiday Subway Art by My Favorite Things.
I played around with a variety of embellishments. Sequins were too small. I tried enamel dots but couldn't match the colors. I tried snowflakes and Santa hats. I finally just plopped a frame on it (it's brand new and not retired!) I still feel like there's something missing - but it's flat and will mail easily!
