We are starting to come back around to my favorite time of year - autumn! I love the colors, I love the smell of autumn air, I love apples and pumpkins, I love crisp, cool mornings - I love it all!! This apple orchard says "autumn" to me. Since we're still in the heat of August, I couldn't quite bring myself to stamp fall-colored leaves on my card - but I definitely embraced the orchard!

Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge: Orchard
It's time for a new challenge at the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge: Orchard!
I pulled out an older set by Papertrey Ink - Falling Leaves. I love the fresh and open look of this set so pull it out quite regularly. If you like it, I hope you own it already, because as I was creating the supply list for this post - I realized it was in their "vault" which makes it twice as expensive (sorry!)
The sentiment was quite long for a vertical card, so I solved it by cutting down the card front to less than 4 1/4" and letting the sentiment go off the side. The card still fits into a regular envelope.
I hope to see you playing along with your "Orchard" card!
SUPPLY LIST
The red polka dot is from Stampin' Up before they changed the patterns in their basic pads. The woodgrain was in my scrap bin.
