CASing a CAS Card by Soapbox Creations

I saw a card on a blog, immediately ordered the stamp so that I could CASE it, and then left it all sitting on my craft corner since August 2nd.  With the big push at Less Is More to get 1000 cards posted this week, it seemed like a great time to get these cards done!

The blog is Soapbox Creations.  If you are a CAS cardmaker, you have to read this blog.  Laurie is absolutely amazing at creating unique CAS cards.

Here's my CASE:

The large flower spray is from DeNami Design.  It is fun and interesting enough to hold its own on a CAS card.  The cards on Laurie's blog also use DeNami sentiments which I wish that I would have ordered because their style is a great fit to the flowers.  Mine are random sentiments that I thought fit the image with their weight and style.

I picked up a few other great stamps when I went shopping at DeNami, I'll be back later today with some cards of my own!

  • Stamps: DeNami Large Flower Spray, misc sentiments
  • Paper: white
  • Ink: SU markers, black ink
  • Accessories: misc bling on the flower centers
