I decided that this sketch was a good time to pull out a larger, decorative sentiment. I have so many images that I love, that I think I tend to ignore the sentiments! I kept it all very simple and followed the sketch exactly so that the focus was on "Oh Happy Day".

That sentiment is oh so sweet backed up by those wonderful flowers! Pretty card!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful,Kim! Love the pattern and colors!!!
ReplyDeleteI love it when a simple sentiment pairs so well with some patterned paper. And the end result is a fabulous, colorful card.
ReplyDeleteLovely card Kim!
ReplyDeleteEverything coordinates so beautifully on this card. I love this dsp and your custom-made button. And the sentiment is the perfect focal image. Fabulous card, Kim!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Letting that gorgeous sentiment take center stage really makes it shine!
ReplyDeleteI just got these papers!! I love your card design, Kim!!
ReplyDeleteOh I just love your pretty colours in this DSP and your sentiment is just lovely!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great card Kim! I love that background paper! It is so fun! Such a pretty sentiment! Love the little flower button! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun and fabulous sentiment stamp, Kim! I love the DSPs, especially the background floral. This is such a pretty card!
ReplyDeleteSigh...that sentiment makes me so happy. And then the little flowers matching the dsp. Oh my word this is pretty!
ReplyDeleteSuch a pretty card, Kim. I have a few sets that could easily be used this way, but...I forget or, better yet, don't know how! "Just" sentiments do work marvelously! In fact, you've sparked an idea I may try later. The background paper is soooo pretty...
