The vast majority of my cardmaking is for our church card-ministry and my very favorite time of year is Mother's Day. We have three racks of cards for sale (by donation) and before Mother's Day, we remind everybody that ANY donation is welcome. This means that our sweet young ones can pick out a card for their mothers and drop their pennies into the donation box. It is utterly charming!
I made this card thinking that these little charmers would find this a perfect card for their mothers...
- Stamps: Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Thoughtful Rhubarb
- Paper: Papertrey Ink Fine Linen, Melon Berry, Simply Chartreuse
- Ink: Memento brown and copics
- Accessories: Sweet 'n Sassy Heart Scallop Border die, PTI Chartreuse ribbon, Cuttlebug embossing folder, Wilton Doily
Your card is darling....perfect for a little one to give to their mom. Love all those heart details!

ReplyDeleteHi Kim! This fits the bill completely! I am sure there will be little hands clamouring for this one! What a great idea about the donation for the cards!
ReplyDeleteI have a BIG apology to make! I was just scrolling back to a couple of posts ago ... and realised I hadn't acknowledged your inspiration for a recent card!!! So ... I have included the 'link-back' now ... and feel very bad that it just now that I have remembered! I think it was because the post and recipe were done several days after the cards were made ... and it just slipped my mind! So ... sorry for the slip up. Totally unintentional ... I always like to give credit where credit is due!
