So...it's a good thing that I like playing Splitcoast's Clean and Simple challenge on Monday mornings because I don't have the energy for much more! Today we were to use shades of blue and I thought it was the perfect challenge to pull out this cute die from WPlus9. And I also used the CAS-ual Friday challenge which was to use a sentiment as a focal point. With those challenges, my fuzzy, tired brain came up with a card!!
- Stamps: Papertrey Ink Healing Touch Sentiments
- Paper: Stampin' Up Marina Mist CS and dsp, Bashful Blue dsp
- Ink: Stampin' Up Marina Mist
- Accessories: WPlus9 die, Cuttlebug embossing folder
Great CAS Kim, love the fresh feel of blue and white. Hope you feel better!

Sorry you've been under the weather Kim. I had the same thing happen. My cold lasted about 2 weeks. Not fun.
ReplyDeleteYour card is so so pretty. Love that soft touch of blue.
That cold is going around! Hope you feel better soon....I am on the uphill climb with it too! But your card shows no indication that you're under the weather; it's lovely!
ReplyDeleteWonderfully done! Such a great sentiment and I do hope you feel better soon! Thanks for getting sentimental with us at CAS-ual Fridays!
ReplyDeleteThis is glorious! Such a beautiful card to behold. It doesn't get much more perfect than this.
ReplyDeleteOh poor you Kim, you rest up and get yourself better :0)
ReplyDeleteLove this pretty CAS card, the sweet little butterfly is perfectly placed :0)

I'm catching up with your blog, Kim. This is beautiful. I love the way the embossing frames your sentiment. Ann
ReplyDeleteIf this is the gorgeousness you come up with when you have a fuzzy brain then you have nothing to fear in the cardmaking department! The embossed frame is fabulous and the butterfly is adorable. Hope the colds leave you alone soon! Big hugs!
ReplyDeleteLove, love this card. The simplicity and the colors. Great job.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry you've been under the weather. I had that same thing last month. It's like a hurricane. The backside is worse than the front! I'm glad it hasn't wiped out your creativity. This card is so sweet. It can be a get well card for you!
ReplyDeleteFresh, clean, perfect! Hope you are feeling better Kim. :)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty and serene. I hope you are feeling better now. My two kids are both under the weather with colds. x
