Catered Crop: A Thank You and a Farewell

The theme for the current Recipe Swap at Catered Crop is "Anything Goes". It is the first ever, and last ever, "anything goes" challenge as our wonderful hostess, Linda McClain, has found that retirement is keeping her very, very busy, and this will be the last Recipe Swap. I played along for the first in July 2012.  Then I was thrilled to be asked to be part of the design team in April 2013 and have been involved ever since.   The Recipe Swap has always been a top tier challenge as Linda makes sure every challenge is accompanied with a fun or inspirational quote and a Pinterest board of ideas. I am proud to have been part of this team and I thank Linda for the opportunity!

It is important to note that you need to keep Catered Crop in your blog reader as Linda has promised to continue to post her personal creations.  Each of her posts is a work of art with her creative cards, beautiful photography and great quotes.

This last challenge is "anything goes" to make sure that everyone plays along!  Be sure to link up to show Linda how much we love her - I just noticed that the linky tool says "permanently open" but let's try to inundate her in the next week!

I decided to make a thank you card to thank Linda for the years of recipes!

Catered Thank You

I also used the current Sweet Sunday Sketch. I thought it was just perfect to show off these lovely poppies.

Thank you Linda.  Have a wonderful retirement and be sure to continue to spend some time on Catered Crop!  We'll miss the Recipe Swap!
