Just after last Halloween, I got a set of dies specifically for a card for my son and girlfriend. After a year, they were buried in the stash, so a big thank you to the challenge at The Paper Players as it helped me remember that I had the perfect Halloween costumes for the challenge and for my son, girlfriend AND their cat!
I found some Halloween paper that wasn't too somber and then added a starry sky and a big sentiment. Easy peasy! I love it when the real fun on the card is all about a great die set.

This is just as cute as it can be! LOVE that starry background but those little trick-or-treaters steal the show---especially that wee one! Cute sentiments too! Thanks for playing with our theme this week at the Paper Players!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute trio of trick or treaters they are! This is oodles of fun for your son and his girlfriend!
ReplyDeleteI love this, Kim! I will buy almost any paper if it's plaid, I love plaid : ) The colors on your plaid are a perfect jumping-off point for the rest of the card and your die-cut trick-or-treaters are so adorable. Glad we could give you a little push to use those dies (so easy to forget some of the older items in our stash, isn't it?) and thanks for playing along with the Paper Players!
ReplyDeleteKim, this just couldn't be more faBOOlous!!

ReplyDeleteKim, your little critters are adorable. I love them against all of that wonderful texture from the embossing folder. I love the plaid and how you tied the colors together across the card. So glad you shared this fabulous card with us at the Paper Players this week

That's a great sky and I love that little line of costumed ghosts. The DSP matched with the costumes really unifies the design. Thanks for sharing with us at The Paper Players.
