It's time for a new challenge at the
Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge: All Boy!
We recently did a "girly" challenge, so now it's time to be "all boy"! I was quite surprised when I looked through my stash and realized that I had nothing current for boys. I could tell that my boys are now men/almost-men because I haven't bought boy stuff in a long time. I do have lots of new girly stuff - that's the joy of young nieces!! I settled on an older set (I don't think it's even available any more, sorry) - and created a simple card that I thought I might be able to eventually use for my guys.
I was inspired by the colors in the graphic, the hints of wood and the constellations.
I hope to see you play along! And be sure to check out all of the Curtain Call designers below for more inspiration.
SUPPLY LIST
The stamp set is Dude! by Kelly Purkey when she was designing for Simon Says Stamp. The blue ink is Stampin' Up Midnight Muse - just re-inked so wonderfully dark. The paper is from Echo Park's Happy Camper 6x6 pad.
What a fantastic 'boy' card these images are perfect! I tend to not have anything current either!
ReplyDeleteTerrific guy card Kim!! Any boy/man would like the dude sentiment!

ReplyDeleteHello Kim: I love the beautiful Constellation pattern paper, goes fabulously with the stars embellishments, the sentiments are a great pair.

You've aced the All Boy challenge, Kim; from the constellation paper, to the "Dude" sentiment, to the colours...guy great in every way. I have rather a vacuum in my collection when it comes to boy images, and with an almost four year old nephew, I need to make some additions...SOON! Searching, searching...
