I love creating little scenes with dies and I knew I had a series of small dies with which I could make this scene with a warm cup of Christmas coffee (and a splash of gingerbread creamer, of course!)

Merry Monday: Java Time
The current challenge at the Merry Monday Christmas Challenge is Java Time. There was no doubt that I was going to play along with this one given how often I find time to have coffee with girlfriends - it's a happy part of my life!
I'm actually a huge fan of cold weather and snow. Colorado is wonderful in that it actually rarely blizzards - it snows, then the sun comes out and everything sparkles! I love being out in it - love to cross-country ski and snowshoe - but I equally love coming home to a hot beverage! Coffee is a daily part of my life. I decided long ago that it was less about the taste but more about the comfort of holding a warm mug. To me, that comfort and warmth and happiness while looking out a wintery scene is the epitome of Christmas.
SUPPLY LIST
I used sparkly Stickles on the lightbulbs, Glossy Accents on the holly berries, and a shimmer mist on the swirly steam.
