Sadly, this will probably never be used. I'll offer it to both of my sons for their use on Father's Day but they inherited their father's tendency toward off-the-wall, sort of snarky cards. This is going to be too nice for either one of them to be interested in! As I'm looking at it - I am wishing I hadn't actually adhered anything before I took the photo. I could easily change the "dad" to my husband's name because I would definitely use this!
Hope to see you playing along with our Vacation Time challenge this week at The Card Concept.

The blanket was the first thing that jumped out at me on this week's photo Kim - so I was thrilled to scroll down and see how it inspired your card this week! This card is fabulous and too good not to send (snip off those letters or get out some dental floss!!) I'm sure your hubby will love it!
ReplyDeleteI love everything about this card! Those simple stripes make for one fantastic masculine card!
ReplyDeleteOh, I like this! Those fish are adorable!
ReplyDeleteKim, this is perfect for Father's Day! Love the stripes that you used as well as the cute little fish :-) Do you have a pet? This could be a Father's Day card from your pets to your hubby, lol!! Hugs and so thrilled that you are part of The Card Concept team!
ReplyDeleteWonderful card, Kim. I love Poppystamps "whittle" dies. Adds just the right touch. Could you add a snarky sentiment on the inside so that the card would get used? Taylored Expressions has some fun ones. I loved your bright and cheerful card!
ReplyDeleteWonderful card! I love the color combination. It takes me back to when I was young and we would go to our lake cabin!
