TE Sneak Peeks Day 1: Get Well Wishes

It's the first day of sneak peeks for the April release from Taylored Expressions!  This is a fun month with a focus on spring -  florals, graduation, mother's day - and also on get well products and crafty products!  Today I'm focusing on get well cards. Everything you see in the next four days of sneak peeks will be available on Thursday, April 6th, 2017. Be sure to check out each of the creative team members' blogs for all of the sneak peeks - starting with the Taylored Expressions blog.

I always have get well cards and thinking of you cards ready in my stash.  I want to be ready if I hear someone isn't well - because I know for me, there is no better medicine than knowing that people care!

Taylored Expressions: Thinking of You

This is a nice basic "thinking of you" that I can use for many situations.  The sentiment is from the new In & Out - Get Well which quite helpfully includes coordinating sentiments for the outside of the card and for the inside!!  I added some love and hugs on the inside.

There are two other new products on this card.  This release includes a number of new additions to the Bloomers line of dies.  I used the new Bloomers 7 trio - the big flower, the middle flower and the center.  Aren't they a nice arrangement of layers?  I like them in these soft pinks but they'd be fun in bold colors too!  I also used the new Quaterfoil Embossing Folder.  This is going to be one of the my favorites - it's subtle and lovely and adds so much interest!!

Before I share a peek at another product, I'm excited to tell you that Taylored Expressions is celebrating Release Week with some fabulous giveaways! Visit the TE blog to answer Taylor's Question of the Day for a chance to win a prize from the latest release!

Now I have another card using the In & Out - Get Well set but with an entirely different look.  I love the font on this sentiment!  I used the previously release Frame in Frame Cutting Plate and I cut an inset frame out of the top panel and layered some polka-dotted paper behind it.

Taylored Expressions: It's Tough

Just like with the first card, this set has coordinating inside sentiments!  I love these simple words - SO perfect - so I just plopped a little heart on it.

Taylored Expressions: It's Tough

The other new product on this cards is the Little Bits - Stethoscope. There are a number of health-related dies coming out this month.  (Just wait until you see the bandaid that I'm using on Thursday!!)

Tomorrow I will be showing off butterflies with a Mother's Day card and a celebration card!  Be sure to head over to the TE blog for links to the rest of the creative team and to enter the question of the day contest!

  3. Oh Kim! I love everything about your first card - that means DH's wallet is in trouble, lol!! That font is fabulous, and I just love a good font. Sweetly subtle embossing...not too much, not too little, just right! But. It's that stethoscope that has me happy dancing. Two of our sons are doctors, and I can see more than a few cards for them with this! Can't wait for the full release!!! Guess I'd better make all of DH's favorite suppers for a while...then he might not notice my credit card bill, hahahaha! Bev
