Freshly Made Sketches: Oh Happy Day

It's time for a new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches!

I decided that this sketch was a good time to pull out a larger, decorative sentiment. I have so many images that I love, that I think I tend to ignore the sentiments!  I kept it all very simple and followed the sketch exactly so that the focus was on "Oh Happy Day".

Oh Happy Day

I hope to see you playing along!

SUPPLY LIST
I picked ink that matched the paper but it ended up being two retired colors: Stampin' Up Purely Pomegranate and Summer Starfruit.

I love it when a simple sentiment pairs so well with some patterned paper. And the end result is a fabulous, colorful card.

Such a pretty card, Kim. I have a few sets that could easily be used this way, but...I forget or, better yet, don't know how! "Just" sentiments do work marvelously! In fact, you've sparked an idea I may try later. The background paper is soooo pretty...
