Freshly Made Sketches: Enjoy

It's time for a new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches!

I picked up some older Papertrey Ink stash during their anniversary sale a few weeks back.  I've loved the fun petals of this flower from Oopsie Daisy, and I thought making it the centerpiece of this sketch would show off its details.   Then I thought a sentiment across the top would be a fun touch.  What I really needed was a card to send to a friend heading out on a trip so I thought "enjoy" would be right. It's killing me though because I'm a very literal sketch follower and and the sketch says that something is supposed to stick out on both sides of the center circle - not just one side like my "enjoy" does!

Enjoy

Have fun with this one!  I hope to see you playing along.

Oh never mind the sticking out part on the other side. Your card is great as it is. :-)
Love how the simple flower is the centerpiece on your card. And the text is just perfect for the occasion.

Oh my, what am I going to do with all of you enablers?! I LOVE this stamp set and how you used it with the fabulous colors. I was surprised to see the the diagonal edges were not DSP, but a stamp. This is such a gorgeous card!

I'd call it artistic license, and besides that, your daisy petal is peeking out on the other side. LOVE the stripes. Love the white space. And those wonderful colors! Great card Kim. Just breathe... Have a great weekend. Bev

This is such a cheery and pretty card, Kim. I love the colors against the white space, and I love how the stripes are stamped -- I thought they were a layer of dsp under a white panel. Fab card!
