Taylored Expressions Sneak Peeks 3: Graysie and Think Happy Thoughts

It's Day 3 of the January sneak peeks for Taylored Expressions and it is a bright and cheerful kind of day on my blog!  I am showing off Graysie and Thank Happy Thoughts.  Remember to check out the Taylored Expressions blog for lots of other sets being peeked at today.

BIG NEWS!

Taylored Expressions is celebrating Release Week with some fabulous giveaways! Visit the TE Blog each Sneak Peek Day this week for details on how you can enter to win.

I have linked all of the Taylored Expressions products that I used at the bottom, but the links for the new products will not work until they are released TOMORROW, January 8th at 7 a.m. PST.

I have fun working with the petite set, Graysie, and the coordinating dies because I am the proud human to two cats (neither of which is as sweet and charming as Graysie).  Also - my cat prior to my current cats was named Gracie - so it was meant to be that I show you this set!

The sentiment is not from Graysie.  The new set is full of cute sentiments but I really wanted to sit her on top of a longer, bold sentiment so I am using a previously released sentiment from Shade Tree Sentiments. The paper is from the new Rainbow Brights set along with the coordinating sequins.  I am using Lollipop cardstock and White Hemp Cord.

Here she is up close.  I think that face would make any cat lover happy!

On another cheerful note, I get to show off the petite set Think Happy Thoughts with its coordinating dies. If you have followed Taylored Expressions for awhile, you have already seen this set since it was a free set back in September for their birthday celebration.  I am passionately in love with word dies so this is a perfect set for me!

This card also uses the new Rolling Clouds die set.  You can see them a little more clearly on this close-up.

The sun is the previously released Build a Scene - Sunshine die set.  I built it up with yellow polka dots from the new Rainbow Brights paper set, some vellum to which I adhered glitter and a yellow button.  The Sequins are from the two new sequin sets Rainbow Brights and Build a Scene.  I am using Cookie Monster cardstock and some ink from my stash that matched.

Although I like this card, I didn't think it showed off the cheeriness of the Think Happy Thoughts set, so I made a bonus card today with much brighter colors.

The papers are from the new Build a Scene paper pack and I've matched it with cardstock in Lollipop, Candy Corn and Chocolate Truffle. (I get hungry every time I type the names of the Taylored Expressions card stock!)

The flower is the previously released Petal Pop-Ups 2 and I thought it worked perfectly with the "joy" of this card!  The center of the flower is from the Doodlebug Sprinkles - Bright Glitter Assortment, also available in the TE store.
