Freshly Made Sketches: Wonderful Birthday Wishes

It's time for a new sketch at Freshly Made Sketches!

In the midst of all my holiday cardmaking, I have a friend with a birthday.  What is it with people who have December birthdays? But given that both of my children are immediately after Christmas, I really have no room to complain.  It actually was fun to create something non-holiday related.

Happy and Wonderful

I hope to see you play along with our sketch!  Be sure to check out the Freshly Made Sketches for an amazing variety of inspiration from the design team.

  3. This card is so pretty!! I love the white and coral color combo. The stamps you used are fabulous. My daughter has a December birthday. She does not care, though, because she usually gets everything on her list between her birthday and Christmas!!

  8. And a very pretty, unChristmas card! I'll bet she'll be glad to get a birthday card that doesn't look like Christmas!

  9. This is so pretty. I love the colors and that wonderful sentiment. I've got a cousin that was born on Christmas day. As kids we were always very careful to keep the two events separate, so a card like this would be perfect!

  10. Actually, I'm glad your friend has a December birthday which sparked you to go into 'non-Christmas' colours and images. Love the Christmas cards, but sometimes a break is welcome...gets the creativity running again. Your friend will adore this, as do I!
